Do You Qualify?

The Thomas DeLitto & Sons Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to deserving graduates of Mamaroneck, New York area high schools who have a parent(s) / guardian(s) employed or self-employed in a trade or service occupation. Scholarships are awarded to provide students with financial assistance to obtain an undergraduate academic degree or complete a program of occupational training. Scholarships are awarded on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis without regard to gender, race or religion. Scholarships range up to a maximum of $5,000 per academic year and may be considered for renewal upon application. Scholarship checks are sent to the educational institution in which the student is enrolled, and are intended to be applied primarily towards tuition and enrollment fees and expenses for fees, books, supplies and equipment required for courses of instruction.

All applicants must demonstrate that they substantially meet the following criteria

  • Maintains a strong work ethic

  • Demonstrates good citizenship

  • Exhibits a well rounded high school experience

  • Has a parent(s) employed in a trade or service occupation

  • Is a graduate of, or a candidate for graduation from a Mamaroneck,
    New York, area high school

  • Has sufficient academic ability to complete the education program

  • Has the character and motivation to complete the education program

  • Has a need for financial assistance to complete the education program.

  • Read instructions carefully, and fill out the application form accordingly.

  • Once complete, please send your application and all other required forms to our Mailing Address on or before March 15, 2024:
